Report: Derrick Rose Signs With Pistons

Chicago Bulls fans will see a lot more of Derrick Rose next season, as the former NBA MVP has reportedly inked a two-year deal with the Detroit Pistons.

Rose, who won the league’s Most Valuable Player Award during the 2010-11 season, will make $15 million on his new pact with the Pistons, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Rose had a resurgent year last season for the Minnesota Timberwolves, averaging 18 points per game in 51 contests. He also averaged 4.3 assists, his highest total since the 2016-17 season, and improved his field goal percentage to .482.

The Pistons finished 19 games ahead of the Bulls last season in the Central Division, earning the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs.
